Public Service was founded by Sophie in 2022. After almost 10 years in the established design and advertising industry, personal values could no longer be ignored.
Design and creativity have the power to change and influence opinions, behaviors and ideas.
As creatives and designers, we must take on the responsibility of promoting a world which we stand behind, not just as professionals but as people.
Public Service is a creative cooperative of specialized generalists. We geek out on how to use our skills and crafts to promote a world worth promoting.
We service non-destructive clients
This (thankfully) means, that most of our clients are NGO's, associations, social, activist, and cultural companies and organizations.
With our own youth spent in underground and adult worklife spent in corporate machines, Public Service is a spicy cocktail of progressive idealism and structured organization.

Process
We use strategy, design, and creativity to emphasize and promote agendas of solidarity and responsibility.
Few cannot know for many. Therefore, we always assign dedicated teams to our projects. Teams that are a combination of ourselves and other independent creatives (who we find via open calls). We seek compositions with personal insights and meaningful motivation for what we do.
We think this makes sense.
